We stand behind every candle and wax melt that leaves our hands. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out — we're always happy to help where we can.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles or wax melts. As each item is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For candle performance concerns (such as tunneling or wick issues), please reach out within 7 days of first use. We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly. If a product is confirmed damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Used candles or wax melts
  • Scent preference (e.g., not liking a fragrance)
  • Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat, such as sweating or slight softening
