Shipping Policy

All Fanciful Flames orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches, so processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods such as holidays and seasonal launches.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Warm Weather Shipping

To help your order arrive in the best possible condition, we may ship Monday through Wednesday during warmer months. This reduces the chance of packages sitting in transit over a weekend in high heat. We may also use additional protective packaging during periods of extreme heat.

Heat Sensitivity Notice

Our candles and wax melts are crafted with natural soy wax, which can soften or shift slightly during transit in warm temperatures. While we take care in how we pack every order, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat, such as sweating or slight softening — these do not affect performance.

If your order arrives significantly affected by heat, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
